Case Studies
From intent to impact
Carter Consulting works with governments, regulators and development partners on the systems that public services depend on: identity registers, health systems, fiscal platforms, cloud governance and housing finance. Each case study sets out the intent behind an engagement, the work involved, the impact it had and the opportunity it opened.
In every one, the test is what is in use afterwards: a register whose results have been independently verified, a scorecard a state can track year on year, a national policy adopted and applied across sectors.
